1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Roadster ai, including its website, accounts, enabled creative tools, credit packs, and support (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Current service scope

Roadster ai turns one photo of a car, vehicle or other subject into a short video using a fixed stunt template. The photo guides the subject's appearance; the built-in reference guides the ramp climb, flip, jet-assisted landing, scene and camera timing. Output is about 14 seconds in Standard 480p or HD 720p, with a 4:3 landscape frame and no audio. You can preview and download the result from your task records. The credit cost is shown before submission. Online availability depends on service configuration and provider status.

The reference demonstrates the intended effect, not a result generated by this site. Subject appearance, vehicle geometry, motion and individual frames may vary. The current entry supports subjects and vehicles within this fixed template; it does not accept custom prompts or uploaded reference videos, or provide arbitrary video or scene editing. Review results before sharing and do not present generated content as a real event.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify support@roadsterai.org if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, transfer, or use accounts to evade security controls or usage limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

4. Your photos and other inputs

You retain the rights you already have in photos, prompts, and other materials you provide ("Inputs"). You must have the permissions needed to use them, including consent for another person's likeness and licenses for protected material.

When you submit Inputs to an enabled online feature, you allow us and relevant providers to host, transmit, process, and display them to deliver that feature, handle support and security, and comply with law. This does not transfer ownership of your Inputs.

After sign-in, selecting a photo creates a browser preview and uploads it to file storage, before you click Generate. The photo is checked for content when you generate; only after approval are generation credits charged and the task sent to the AI provider. Removing a photo from the page clears the selection, but does not delete uploaded files or submitted tasks. See our Privacy Policy for processing details and deletion requests.

Do not submit confidential material or sensitive personal information that you are not authorized to share. Provider-specific restrictions may also apply to online generation.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Create or share illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, sexually explicit content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Impersonate someone without authorization, commit fraud, or create deceptive media intended to harm, harass, or exploit a person.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Promote unlawful violence, threats, hate, or other abusive activity.
• Upload malware, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, bypass safeguards, or abuse promotions, payments, or credit accounting.

We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address violations, legal obligations, or security risks.

6. AI results and publication

For generation features when available, outputs may contain errors, unexpected changes, or similarities to other content. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular result, exclusivity, or copyright protection.

Review results before sharing or relying on them. Personal or commercial use must comply with the rights in your Inputs, applicable model terms, law, and the rules of the publication platform. Label synthetic content where required. Purchasing credits does not itself clear third-party rights.

The Service's software, branding, and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant access to enabled features, not ownership of the underlying platform.

7. Credit packs and payments

Current packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Each purchase provides the listed credits. Purchased credits never expire and can stay in your account for later use. Credits are account usage units, not money or a transferable stored-value balance.

The checkout states the pack, price, currency, and applicable charges. New prices apply to future purchases, not completed orders. Credits are issued after payment is confirmed. Do not assume a pending checkout has completed.

The complete 14-second stunt uses 50 credits in Standard 480p or 100 credits in HD 720p. Credits work for either quality level, and the cost is shown before submission. Free generated previews are not currently available. Review photo requirements, the reference effect and service availability before purchasing.

If a charge, task, or credit balance looks wrong, contact support with the relevant reference. We can investigate the recorded transaction and task status; repeatedly submitting a paid task can create separate charges.

8. Refund requests

Email support@roadsterai.org with your account email, order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Include whether credits were used and details of any duplicate or incorrect charge.

We review requests based on the transaction, usage, issue reported, and applicable law. A request is not automatic refund approval. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Approved refunds use the relevant payment method where supported; timing can depend on the processor and bank.

9. Storage, third parties, and interruptions

Enabled online tools may use third-party AI, hosting, storage, authentication, and payment services. Their availability and terms can affect the feature. The Service may experience maintenance, interruptions, or failed requests.

Keep copies of results you need when downloads become available. The Service is not a permanent archive. Data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or limit access to address abuse, fraud, security incidents, non-payment, or breaches of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

You may stop using the Service or contact us to request account closure. Closure does not automatically refund purchases or erase records that must be retained. Payment obligations, content responsibilities, and provisions that reasonably need to survive closure continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular creative outcome. We are not responsible for unlawful use of Inputs or unreviewed results by you, or losses outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any duty, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms as the Service changes, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Material changes affecting a purchase will be handled consistently with applicable law.

Contact us first to explain a dispute so we can investigate. Mandatory consumer protections and available courts or remedies remain in place; these terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or waive those rights.
