Privacy Policy | Roadster ai

How we handle your account information, photos, payments, and service activity.
Oct 16, 2026

Effective date: October 16, 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how Roadster ai ("we," "us") handles personal information through our website, accounts, creative tools, credit purchases, and support. It covers the current photo preview and processing when you use enabled online features.

For questions or privacy requests, email support@roadsterai.org.

2. Information involved

  • Account details: email address, name, profile picture, sign-in identifiers, and preferences you provide. A supported third-party sign-in service may share the profile details you authorize.
  • Submitted creative material: photos, prompts, supported media, settings, and results when you submit them to an enabled online tool. Task records may include status, timestamps, provider references, and credit usage.
  • Purchase records: order and payment references, purchased credits, amount, currency, transaction status, and credit balance and expiry. Payment credentials are entered with the payment processor; our checkout does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Support correspondence: messages, account references, and attachments you choose to send us.
  • Technical activity: IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, pages visited, and cookie or similar identifiers, as collected by the website and enabled infrastructure or measurement services. A referral source may be saved when you arrive through a tagged link.

3. Photo uploads and video generation

Selecting a photo after sign-in creates a browser preview and uploads it to the configured file storage without a content check. When you click Generate, your photo is first sent to SeeAPI for content checking. Only after approval are generation credits charged and your photo, the fixed reference video and soundtrack, and necessary settings sent to the AI inference provider.

The current fixed video template checks input photos only. Generated videos are not submitted to SeeAPI for an additional check. Image checks can produce false positives or false negatives and do not guarantee that generated videos meet every content requirement.

Task status, result links and credit activity are stored so you can continue in My creations. Removing a photo from the page clears the current selection; it does not delete uploaded files or submitted tasks. Media may be accessible to anyone holding its link. Do not upload confidential material; contact us for deletion requests.

4. Purposes of processing

Relevant information is used to manage sign-in and accounts; deliver enabled creative tools; record task and credit activity; handle checkout, transaction questions, and refunds; troubleshoot failures; respond to requests; protect the service from abuse; and meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, it may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, a legal obligation, or consent for processing that requires it. Consent can be withdrawn for the processing to which it applies, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Providers and disclosures

Online features may rely on hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email, payment, security, and analytics providers. They receive information needed for the relevant function. Stripe processes payments when offered at checkout; see Stripe's privacy information.

When an AI feature is enabled and you submit a task, the selected model or inference provider may receive your input, settings, and technical request data. Provider terms and retention practices differ. Do not submit confidential material or another person's data without authorization. We do not promise that every third-party model has the same retention or training practices.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to investigate fraud or protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Cookies and browser controls

Cookies and similar storage support sign-in, security, language and theme choices, and referral attribution. Enabled analytics or other third-party services may use their own identifiers. Where legally required, non-essential processing requires consent.

You can remove stored site data or block cookies through your browser. Doing so may sign you out or affect account and checkout features. Essential service records are separate from browser storage.

7. Retention and security

Account, task, and support information is kept as needed for the relevant service, request, security purpose, or legal obligation. Transaction and credit records may remain after account closure for accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes. Provider files and backups may follow separate deletion schedules.

Online results, when available, are not a permanent archive; keep copies of material you need. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for every category of data.

No online system is completely secure. Keep credentials private and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us promptly if you suspect an account or data security issue.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or restrictions on processing; object to processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority.

Send requests to support@roadsterai.org, preferably from your account email. We may request proportionate identity verification. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to resolve transactions, security incidents, or claims. We will explain applicable limits when responding.

9. International processing and children

Providers may process data outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and requirements depend on the service and jurisdiction.

Roadster ai is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.

10. Updates and contact

We will revise the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required. Third-party websites have their own privacy policies.
